I really appreciate Dr Fung for putting all of this information in one place. I’ve been struggling with insulin resistance throughout my life. I LOVE everything about food but have put intermittent fasting back in my lifestyle. I have 45 lbs and about 25% bf to lose. I’m 57 years young and a power lifter 3x’s/week. Fasting has actually helped my training progress; not hurt it!! Thanks for the science and motivation Dr Fung!!!
